- We have properties available for real estate investors who want to hold FIRST or SECOND Trust Deeds. These INVESTMENTS can be on single family homes, manufactured & mobile homes, construction loans (it can include a take loan or not), investment property or commercial property.
- Loan amounts can vary from as little as $10,000 to as high as the investor/Lender is willing to go.
- We have loan programs for clients with all kinds of credit A-D.
- We have programs for clients with little OR no down payment.
- We have loan programs for clients that have a recently released a bankruptcy.
- We have programs for those who MAY get **behind on their mortgage.
- We work with NEIHAMIA, Chico Housing Authority, CHAFA, Rural Gold and others. (There may be programs we are not aware of, so please bring them to our attention.)
